Kelly is a hair color specialist, balayage artist and hair stylist with more than 20 years of salon and freelance experience in Washington, D.C. Kelly has provided his professional services to hundreds, including those famous in the worlds of international politics, news media and entertainment. His work has appeared numerous times in print media, film, and television. Constantly traveling and learning new things, Kelly is a creative force and promoter of the latest hair color trends. He is a native Washingtonian and speaks French.

Kelly has been a hair color specialist since 2002. He is a L’Oréal Professionnel certified balayage artist and was named among the top colorists in Washington, D.C. by Washingtonian Magazine in 2005. Kelly has been lauded for his special skill at hair color designs and strategies for brunettes. He is currently licensed to practice cosmetology in New York and Washington, D.C. and as a salon manager in Washington, D.C. He is a fellow of the American Board of Certified Hair Colorists.
