Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice (*Testing positive for COVID-19 applies to the same cancellation policy) if you cancel or reschedule. If the notice is not given you will be subject to a charge of 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to pay the service fee in full. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
*We regret that we are not able to allow our clients to blow dry their own hair due to insurance liability.
Due to scheduling commitments to other client’s schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
*The salon does not accept personal or business checks. Tips are cash only.
*We require all color adjustments to be performed within 7 days from the date of your initial appointment. Any color services performed after this time will be charged the regular price.
